Mission Community Hospital is governed by a self-perpetuating 13 voting member Board of Directors elected for staggered three-year terms with a limit of three consecutive terms. The Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Chief of the Hospital’s Medical Staff are ex-officio. The CEO is a non-voting member of the Board. The Board meets monthly.
