Mission Community is owned and operated by Deanco Healthcare, LLC. Our governance and leadership is composed of three groups: Deanco, Executive Leadership and our management team.

Our Executive Leadership Team, charged by the Governing Board, comprises of:

The Chief Executive Officer

The CEO of Mission Community has the responsibility of ensuring every aspect of how hospitals perform is working efficiently. He is responsible for delivering the best quality of patient care.

The Chief Financial Officer

Mission Community Hospital’s chief financial officer is the person who ensures that the hospital or hospital systems run in the most cost effective manner and they are responsible for managing all financial risks for the organization.

The Chief Nursing Officer

A chief nurse is mandated by the hospital administration to maintain clinical and patient-care standards.

The Chief Operating Officer

The COO at Mission Community ensures that the quality of medical care meets the hospital’s overall goals and mission. Without strategic improvement plans and dependable health and safety practices, a hospital can’t keep up with competing medical providers.

The Chief Information Officer

Mission Community Hospital’s CIO is the executive responsible for overseeing the operations of the information technology department and consults with other C-level personnel on technology-related needs and purchasing decisions.

Vice-President of Human Resources and Organizational Development

Mission Community’s VP is responsible for providing strategic leadership to HR functions of the hospital.

Chief Compliance Officer/General Counsel

Mission Community Hospital’s CCO leads a team of compliance officers to ensure that the hospital follows rules set by both internal and external regulations. That can include guidelines such as government mandates or agreements made with external stakeholders.

These professionals provide leadership and organizational management in the areas of operations, employee relations, finance and support services, as well as leadership in the strategic direction of the organization as directed by the Governing Board.
