Cancel or Reschedule Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us three business days before your appointment. This helps ensure that our new patients are all able to see our specialists.

Please note that following two missed appointments without proper notice, a new appointment will be made on a case-by-case basis.
